At ILANDER, we want your rooftop tent to arrive quickly and safely, so you can start your adventure without delay.

We provide free shipping to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard delivery takes 7–16 business days, depending on your location.

We partner with reliable carriers (UPS / FedEx / DHL, depending on region).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Each rooftop tent is securely packaged to protect the aluminum frame, fabric, and accessories.

Due to the size and weight, delivery will typically arrive in one or two large boxes.

Currently, free shipping covers the contiguous U.S. only.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.
